Some players have been affected by a known issue causing progress to be reset after a certain recent update.
NOTE: If you have used Facebook to save your progress, please make sure you are linked to Facebook when attempting to play the game.
If you are among the affected players, we are able to assist in returning your account progress provided that you can give us all the information below:

The chance of your account progress getting restored will depend on how much info we are able to verify. Once we verify enough information, we will be able to restore your progress and compensate you for the trouble with an additional 10k Coin + 5k Gems (roughly US$5 value).
