You can obtain Lapis only by selling Class B and above Equipment or Tablets. 
Be reminded of the following:
  • You cannot obtain Lapis by selling Equipment that is C-rank or lower.
  • You can obtain Lapis by selling a Tablet you received from a Quest.
  • You can obtain Lapis by selling Equipment you forged using Tablets you received from a Quest.
If you have sold the appropriate equipment or Tablet, but you still didn't obtain the Lapis, chat with us (icon on top-right corner of support screen or us a message at our Customer Support with the following information:
  • Date and time of the sale
  • Name of the equipment or Tablet
  • Type of Lapis you should have obtained
