Purchased items usually arrive once you buy them but delivery can take a while (up to 24 hours) if payment needs further verification.
However, if your items are still not delivered after 24 hours, chat with us in-game (icon at top-right corner of support screen) or contact our Customer Support and submit the following details:
- Name of the item(s) you bought
- Transaction receipt
- E-mail address you used for the transaction
