The “Account verification has failed” error prompt is usually due to problems with your log-in details.
You can avoid encountering this error by:
  • Entering your Dragon Project ID and password accurately.
  • Typing your Dragon Project ID and password manually (avoid copying and pasting)
  • Checking if there are no spaces before and after your Dragon Project ID.
If these do not resolve the issue, chat with us in-game (Tap button on top-right corner of support screen) or contact Customer Support and provide the following details:
  • Your Hunter ID
  • Hunter name and level
  • Answer to your secret question
