To retrieve your Dragon Project ID, simply open your game app and go to Menu > Options > Account Settings.
For your password, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:
- Your Hunter ID
- Your Hunter name and level
- The answer to your secret question
Once you send us the above information, we'll contact you for your password.
